When signing in please remember we have anti-trading and anti-hacking software installed here to prevent abuse from shared passwords and password trading. If you have any problems please download the latest player from microsoft or mac. Our pages are best viewed with a screen resolution of 1200 x 800. Lower resulotion settings might cause our pages and video to appear smaller than they are.

PLEASE KEEP THAT KEY so that you can log back in and view responses to your ticket. We will be notified when you create a new ticket and we will respond as quickly as possible. If your email service doesn't block the reply you will be notified via email once we have responded to your ticket. QUICK ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
1. If your username stops working or doesn't work on your first visit remember to double check the "case".... always remember that upper and lower case MAKES A DIFFERENCE and "password" is not the same as "PASSWORD".
2. If you sent in a ticket or emailed us directly and you didn't get a response send us a new ticket. We reply to every email we get! If you don't receive a response then odds are we got a "this user email isn't valid" from your provider so double check your reply email address in your email software. There is nothing we can do about wrong email addresses other than guess so please double check your return email address and then resubmit a ticket below.
3. If you have your ticket from the purchase please use one of the "PASSWORD LOOKUP" buttons below before emailing us, if you cannot use the "LOOKUP" feature then please use the form below to submit a support ticket.
