Terms and Conditions By joining "CreampieHunnies.com" you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. By enrolling in this service (hereinafter "CreampieHunnies.com") you become the Subscriber (hereinafter "Subscriber"), and agree to be bound by this Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement is also binding on any non-subscriber (Guest) who participates in non-member services of "CreampieHunnies.com." Notice to Subscribers shall be made by adding any changes to this "Terms and Conditions" document, which will remain posted at this site. Subscribers and Guests agree to review these "Terms and Conditions" from time to time for changes and updates.
2. The Subscriber is responsible for paying the subscription fee according to the then current billing terms. 3.The Subscriber hereby authorises IBILL to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the cost of membership. The Subscriber hereby further authorises IBILL to charge Subscriber's credit card for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by "CreampieHunnies.com". 4. Subscribers may not assign or transfer access privileges to any other person or entity. Subscribers must promptly inform "CreampieHunnies.com" of the following changes: apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until "CreampieHunnies.com" is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorised use of the service. Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records that support changes for use of the "CreampieHunnies.com". 6. Subscription to this service may be terminated at any time and without cause, by either "CreampieHunnies.com" or Subscriber upon notification of the other. Notification of cancellation must include full name, user name, password and site name for proper identification. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of their subscription. Causes for immediate termination of Subscriber's account without refund by "CreampieHunnies.com" include but are not limited to rude, abusive, or threatening communications made via form-post, private email, telephone, or postal mail from Subscriber to "CreampieHunnies.com" staff, as well as public posting in BBS, Forum, StoryLines or other services provided by "CreampieHunnies.com" of text or photos that are defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, illegal, or that depict any sexual act involving minors. 7. All Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to "CreampieHunnies.com". Access to and use of "CreampieHunnies.com" is through a combination of user ID and password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, "CreampieHunnies.com" will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Username-Passwords posted to hack-sites, shared with anyone other than the Subscriber, or individual member accounts accessed by excessive separate IPs within a 24-hour period will be automatically disabled by our security program. 8. Any liability of "CreampieHunnies.com" including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the Subscriber to "CreampieHunnies.com" for the proceeding 1 (one) month. The limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, may not be applicable in or may vary in certain states or countries. 9. No warranty is made by "CreampieHunnies.com" regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with services and "CreampieHunnies.com" hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services and any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. 10. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on this Site is protected by federal copyright and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of "CreampieHunnies.com". 11. The material on "CreampieHunnies.com" is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement. 12. This Service enables Subscribers to share information with other Subscribers. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish or display on this Site any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of material which violates any federal, state, or local law, is strictly prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement. 13. Subscribers agree not to engage in advertising, or solicitation of other Subscribers or Guests to buy or sell any products or services through this Site without prior written consent. Subscribers are responsible for information they send, or display through the Site even if a claim should arise after termination of the service. 14. There are no facilities provided by this Service for sending or receiving private or confidential electronic communications. All messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. Do not use the Service for any communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient/(s) to read. Notice is hereby given that all messages entered into this Service can and may be read by the operators of the Service, whether or not they are the intended recipient/(s). 15. Notices by "CreampieHunnies.com" to Subscribers shall be given by means of e-mail or by general posting on the Site(which includes the updating of this "Terms and Conditions" document). Notices by Subscribers to "CreampieHunnies.com" shall be given by e-mail unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. Notices to the Provider by Subscribers may be given by e-mail at "webmaster@CreampieHunnies.com". 16. The Subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the Service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the Subscriber and the Subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the Subscribers access to the Service. 17. The provider is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons use of the Subscribers credit card facility. 18. Your monthly statement will appear discretely with the narration IBILL. 19. The Subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement. 20. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and "CreampieHunnies.com" regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by "CreampieHunnies.com" to Subscribers as described herein. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination. I, the Subscriber, under penalty of perjury solemnly declare and affirm as follows:
